He has the ability to produce a wide range of Japanese cuisines, traditional and modern cuisines with the best Australian produce. One thing can be certain. His authentic Japanese cuisine impresses our patrons. The restaurant manager, Mr Garry Khoo has 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. He has excellent knowledge on Australian wines and is able to enhance our customers’ Japanese dining experience with a good selection of wines.
